Hi! My name is Sharmila, and I’m a passionate and experienced teacher who loves helping students learn, grow and become more confident. I have a TESOL/TEFL Diploma and a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance. I have 10+ years of teaching and tutoring experience, working with students from Primary through to GCSEs in English, Maths and Sciences, as well as helping students prepare for 11+ entrance examinations. I believe learning should be fun, interactive and engaging. I enjoy creating activities, quizzes and personalised lesson materials to make sure each student understands the topic and feels confident asking questions. I also provide extra support where students may need a little more help. I look forward to getting to know you, helping you achieve your goals and making every lesson an enjoyable learning experience! 😊 SEND Experience: Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia *Professional Training & Certifications* I have successfully completed and hold certificates in the following courses: - Child Safeguarding – Level 1 & 2 - ADHD & ASD: Creating an Inclusive Learning Environment - Cyber Security - Data Protection in Education - Prevention of Radicalisation I am committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment where every child feels valued, protected and encouraged to reach their full potential.
