I am a dedicated and passionate educator with 19 years teaching experience, who thrives on helping students reach their full potential. My teaching approach is strategic, with a strong exam focus to ensure students achieve their best possible outcomes. I use data-driven methods to identify gaps in knowledge and skills, tailoring lessons to address these areas effectively. My teaching is structured, ensuring students develop a deep understanding of key concepts while refining exam techniques. I embed regular assessment and feedback to track progress, adapting my approach as needed. I am an experienced sociology and criminology teacher, currently teaching AQA A Level Sociology and WJEC Applied Diploma in Criminology. I have previously taught GCSE sociology and am currently an examiner for this course.
